  • All information listed is provided by the advertiser - We are not responsible for any outdated information - It is the responsibility of the advertiser to review information and inform us of any changes to keep listings updated. 

  • We are not responsible for any business dealings between any of our advertisers and clients. We ask all website visitors (clients) to do their due diligence and properly research any business listed on our website if they are unsure of any information provided. We will not be held financially responsible for any form of scam, loss of data or information, loss of deposits or money paid to advertisers or any legal costs that may arise from pursuing legal action against any advertiser and any other form of financial or data or personal item loss.

  • Visitors can contact advertisers directly for any inquiries, quotations etc. We are not responsible for any communications between advertisers and visitors/clients. 

  • You understand that by contacting us or any advertiser on our website, you are providing information that may include your personal information such as your name, contact number, email address etc.  We do not share this information with any 3rd parties, but we are not responsible for how businesses/service providers use this information.  Please refrain from including important information such as credit card details or any types of passwords etc. 


For businesses / service providers listed on our website

  • We only include businesses / service providers that are located in Panama and operate within Panama to assist locals, expats and tourists with their needs in Panama

  • Please ensure the information you provide is correct as we are not responsible for listing incorrect information as provided to us 

  • Be sure to review your listings to ensure all data is correct and up to date. 

  • We ask all advertisers to respect client privacy and information - Do not share client information publicly. 

  • We are not directly involved in any business dealings or negotiations between you and the client and are therefore not responsible for any losses that may occur.  Be sure to receive your payments before releasing products or fully completing services etc. 

  • Our fees must be paid on time every year to keep your listing active.  Payments are made annually and can be paid with bank transfer, Yappy or Visa/Mastercard. 

  • We will provide invoices for your payments.  Please keep records of your payments and listing dates to avoid any possible issues or confusion regarding payments. 

  • Failure to complete payments will result in your business listing being removed from our website. 

  • You understand and accept that your information will be displayed on our website publicly and that our website can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
